Our professionally trained staff can lend assistance for all your on-site needs. Each staff member will be uniformed and work under the supervision of your travel staff. Each of our staff members is focused on your participants’ needs and will always act in a professional and courteous manner.
As event planning services move along, we can author and manage distribution of all event-related materials (such as itineraries, letters, registrations, confirmations, and so on).

Experienced staff to provide any of the following:
• Local attraction information including brochures
• Restaurant suggestions and reservations
• Dine-around reservations
• Golf tee time reservations
• Information on local events, church services, etc.
• Special VIP services
• Distribution of pre-purchased attraction tickets

•Khaki pants or skirt
•Fully enclosed sneakers or loafers in white, black or brown
•Jacket (seasonal)
•Name badge•Staff can wear the client’s uniform or business attire if requested.
