As experts in Florida destination event planning, we can do this here at home (or abroad) in any number of ways by planning a multiple-event itinerary to fill each day.  Often, however, we find that our groups enjoy the relaxation of an all-inclusive event that fills their day and into the night, without the hassle of following a complex itinerary or moving large groups multiple times.

As an example of one such event, we feature one our most popular activities here in our home state of Florida…corporate fishing tournaments.

Corporate fishing tournaments are fun, exhilarating, memorable events that encompass the camaraderie of your event, build team spirit and friendly competition, and help event participants network and get to know each other in a unique, enjoyable way.  These events are overseen the day of by a master captain who ensures that every participant has a fun, safe experience, whether they are a complete beginner, novice, or professional fisherman.

Long before the event, your assigned master captain will work with us as your group coordinator to organize your teams and all necessary tournament details.  The basic itinerary for a corporate fishing tournament includes a day-long fishing tournament followed by an award presentation and a relaxing evening of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and dinner complete with reminiscences of the day.

Optional details in addition to the basics may include (but may not be limited to)

  • Branding—via boat displays, flags, banners, custom t-shirts (which the crew will proudly wear), trophies, and more
  • Awards dinner presentation—token awards for participation as well as trophies for biggest fish are part of the experience, and you have the option of incorporating this into an awards dinner; awards (supplied by client) are presented professionally by the master captain
  • Photos—given enough time (minimum 2 ½ hours) photos can be developed and arranged as a slide show presentation at dinner at the end of the day
  • Mounting of Prized Catches (includes replica mounts for no-kill trophies)

We contract with exceptional charter companies for corporate fishing tournaments; we coordinate with them fully, seeing to every detail prior to your event, the day of, and beyond.  Often, extra equipment and services are required for optional service offerings, such as the provision of laptops and multi-media equipment for awards presentations, provision of award trophies, certificates, or plaques, and we can coordinate all of this as well.  We serve as your representative, working on your behalf (with your final approval) with tournament staff throughout the planning stages through to the end of your event.  The result is a fun, exciting destination event, a day packed with fun for all.
