Club LaSalle At Ragtops
The 1920's was a time when everything was done in a big way; during the decade of the Roaring Twenties, nothing was small-time, and Club LaSalle continues that tradition at every step-back-in-time event at Ragtops. At Club LaSalle, every invention of the 1920's—from the mass production of the automobile, to the art-deco movement, to fashion, music, dancing—are celebrated.
The magic of Club La Salle takes place in their special events playground complete with a vintage car collection and twin 3600 square foot rooms. There's so much to see here and so much to do, and the Club LaSalle ensemble cast, complete in the latest 1920's fashions, will move your party through an evening complete with dinner and dancing…and then some.
A special feature of the Club LaSalle is their signature band, Street Talk. Street Talk specializes in catering to the social corporate marketplace, and will gear their musical selections to your clientele through their extensive and versatile repertoire ranging from Reggae and Calypso to Buffet and dance-style.
The Harriet
Originally built to be the First United Methodist Church, the architecture and beauty of this 1920's Mediterranean Revival historical landmark has been preserved to house your special destination event function in the heart of CityPlace, a community event center and venue for the performing arts.
At The Harriet, your guests will be greeted by cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Highboys and linen-covered cocktail tables complete with floral centerpieces will populate the foyer of the Harriet Himmel Gilman Theatre. Dinner will be served in the main floor of the performance hall, with the option of accompanying musical entertainment.
