All work and no play makes your destination event, well…work. And regardless of your intent, your group participants want to feel that your destination event is giving them that little extra something to make making the trip worth their while. What is that little extra something? That's, as they say, entertainment.
When you bring a large group of people together at one location, without the
benefit of knowing the area, knowing how to access reliable transportation, and knowing how to get from point A to point B, you create an after-hours vacuum of sorts, and at its center stands all the great mass of eager participants, waiting to fully experience the destination event you have drawn them to. Naturally, the way to remove this vacuum is to plan ahead of time for those off-hours, and provide access to, and transportation to, entertainment options of interest.
Knowing your target audience of event participants as you do, you probably have a good idea of what might entertain them. This is the knowledge we tap from you early on in the planning stages, in fact as early as choosing the destination event location itself. With a rough idea of what your group members and their companions might take interest in, we research area entertainment options nearby your destination event venue. A sampling of area destination event entertainment options might include:
- Theater, dance, ballet, mystery or dinner theater options
- Live music, magicians and games
- Private gallery showings
- Shows and performances
- Specialty food or wine tastings
There's really no way to detail every entertainment option that might become possible for your destination event; 
event planning is highly individualized to the sponsoring company or individual and the interests of their (your) group. There is hardly a way to list every experience or activity that might be considered entertainment for a destination event. Suffice to say, that if you and your group members have an interest in something, we will work to bring that entertainment experience to you, within the best of our abilities and the limits of your locale.
With your approval of entertainment options, the Kirkland Event & Destination Services staff will move to make all necessary arrangements. We will make sure you get the best entertainment a venue has to offer, and that includes the best contractual terms and pricing. The capacity in which we may represent you includes, but is not limited too,
- Packaging, pricing, and terms negotiation
- Reservation
- Ticket purchasing
- Coordination of scheduling and event offerings
- Transportation arrangements to and from entertainment destinations
And of course, any other service you need us to manage for you relating to entertainment. Entertainment destination event services extend to every population attending your destination event including spouses, children, participants, VIP's, speakers and presenters. As we promise, we make sure every destination event attendee has an enjoyable time, and returns 'home with a smile'.
